Strait of Hormuz Alert: UKMTO reports vessel being struck in waterway during afternoon hours on September 30; avoid all travel
Current Situation:
- The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) stated that it received a report of an attack within the Strait of Hormuz during the afternoon hours (local time) of September 30.
- A crude oil tanker was reportedly struck on the port side by an unknown projectile. The incident took place at an unspecified time on September 29.
