Qatar Tactical: Transport Ministry issues directive to halt maritime navigation near Doha’s Hamad International Airport due to Arab-Islamic summit on September 13-15; allot for disruptions

- Qatar’s Ministry of Transport has instructed maritime vessel owners to halt all navigation activities, including recreation, tourism, and fishing, between Hamad International Airport and the Waterfront in Lusail city from 21:00 (local time) on September 13 to 21:00 on September 15.
- Authorities attributed the directive to Qatar’s hosting of the emergency Arab-Islamic Summit on September 14 and 15.
