MENA Tactical: Pro-Palestinian protests slated in Morocco, Bahrain on September 12; maintain heightened vigilance
Current Situation:
- Pro-Palestinian activists have called for protests in Bahrain and Morocco on September 12 to express solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
- In Bahrain, the “Palestinian Support Association” and the “Bahraini Society for Resisting Normalization” have announced a silent sit-in protest scheduled for 16:30 (local time) outside the headquarters of the latter in Manama’s Adliya.
- In Morocco, the “Moroccan Front to Support Palestine and Oppose Normalization” has called for a protest at 20:15 in front of Maroc Telecom in Marrakesh’s Gueliz. The protest is being organized to denounce the alleged UAV strikes targeting the “Global Sumud Flotilla” off the Tunisian coast.
