Israel Tactical: Anti-government protests slated in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem on October 3-4; maintain heightened vigilance
Current Situation:
- Activist groups in Israel have called for anti-government protests demanding the release of Israeli hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
- Activists have called for a vigil at 18:15 (local time) on October 3 outside Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer’s residence on Shimshon Street in Jerusalem.
- On October 4, anti-government protests are scheduled for 11:30 on Eliezer HaGadol Street and 11:45 at Oranim Junction in Jerusalem. Another protest is slated at 21:00 on Jerusalem’s Paris Square.
- On October 4, protests will be held at 19:00 at Tel Aviv’s Begin Road. A rally by the families of hostages will take place at 19:00 and 20:00 at Hostages Square.
