• The Greater Chennai Traffic Police announced restrictions due to a scheduled sports event at the Muthiah Annamalai (MA) Chidambaram Stadium from 17:00-23:00 (local time) on March 28.
• As per the advisory, vehicular traffic on Victoria Hostel Road will be allowed only from the Bharathi Salai side. Traffic will be restricted from Wallahjah Road to Victoria Road.
• Traffic will also be limited to one-way movement, with entry permitted only from the Bharathi Salai side on Bells Road.
• All vehicles from Ratna Cafe traveling towards Kamarajar Salai will be diverted at the Bells Road intersection on Wallahjah Road on the day.
• The traffic advisory will remain in effect on April 5, 11, 25, 30, and May 12 due to the planned sports tournaments.
