• The Delhi Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory for the Beating Retreat Ceremony rehearsals in Delhi from 14:00-21:30 (local time) on January 27-28. The ceremony, held on January 29, marks the formal end of the Republic Day celebrations. 
• Vijay Chowk will be closed for general traffic during the time period on January 27-28.  
• Traffic will be prohibited on Rafi Marg (between roundabout Sunehri Masjid and roundabout Krishi Bhawan), Raisina Road (from roundabout Krishi Bhawan towards Vijay Chowk), beyond roundabout Dara Shikoh Road, roundabout Krishna Menon Marg, roundabout Sunehri Masjid towards Vijay Chowk, and Kartavya Path (between Vijay Chowk and C-Hexagon). 
• Vehicles are advised to take alternate routes, including Ring Road, Ridge Road, Aurobindo Marg, Madarsa T-Point, Safdarjung Road, Kamal Ataturk Marg, Rani Jhansi Road, and Minto Road. 
• Public and private buses operating in the vicinity of India Gate and Vijay Chowk will be diverted from their normal routes during the aforementioned time on both days.

Those operating or residing in Delhi on January 27–28 are advised to allot for disruptions in the vicinity of the aforementioned locations due to the slated traffic diversions.
