• In Delhi, an advisory is in effect for the Republic Day full-dress rehearsal on January 23.  
• The route from Vijay Chowk to India Gate will be closed for general traffic until January 26.  
• Similarly, no cross traffic will be allowed on Janpath, Man Singh, and Rafi Marg Roads until January 26. The C-Hexagon will also remain closed from January 23-26. 
• Traffic movement is prohibited on Tilak Marg, BSZ Marg, and Subhash Marg on both directions on January 23. Traffic movement will resume gradually as the parade passes through the route.  
• Motorists travelling on the North-South Corridor are advised to divert through Ring Road Ashram Chowk, Sarai Kale Khan, IP Flyover, Rajghat.  
• Meanwhile, commuters using the East West Corridor are advised to divert through Ring Road, Bhairon Road, Mathura Road, Lodhi Road, Aurobindo Road, AIIMS Chowk, Ring Road, Dhaula Kuan, Vande Mataram Marg, Shankar Road, and Park Street Mandir Marg.

• The Kolkata Traffic Police also announced traffic restrictions due to Republic Day-related events on January 24 and 26.  
• Multiple roads will be closed for general traffic from 06:00 (local time) to 12:00 on January 24, including Casuarina Avenue, Gosthapal Sarani, Hospital Road, Khidderpore Road, Lovers Lane, Plassey Gate Road, Queensway, Red Road, and RR Avenue. 
• No goods vehicles will be allowed to ply or stay on St Georges Gate Road, Strand Road on the day. 
• On January 26, goods vehicles movement will be restricted along AJC Bose Road towards the south from its crossing with Lenin Sarani (Moulali crossing), St. Georges Gate Road, Strand Road up to Raja Woodmount Street, along CR Avenue from GC Avenue towards south, all along JL Nehru Road (both bound) from 05:30 until the parade ends.
