• Aspirants for competitive government exams are slated to hold a sit-in protest at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi between 10:00-17:00 (local time) on August 24-25.  
• The protest will be held to demand reforms in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), following a recent controversy over alleged mismanagement. The protesters will also demand the establishment of a new commission for the same.
