- The authorities announced power supply disruptions across parts of Tbilisi due to planned rehabilitation work from 11:00-18:30 (local time) on September 30.
- Per reports, power disruptions are slated for subscribers of the energy company Teslasi across parts of Saburtalo District, including Nutsubidze Plateau II, Almond, Zhgenti, Picasso, Margiani, Nutsubidze, Avto Varazi, and Mindeli streets from 11:00-15:00 on the day.
- Similarly, power disruptions are slated in parts of the Digomi area, including Digomi Ridge, Peradze, Kurashvili, Chokheli, and Akaki Gelovani, from 11:00-12:00 on September 30.
- Additionally, power disruptions are slated for subscribers of the energy company Energo-Pro Georgia across the villages of Mukhatskaro, Tkhinvala, Lisi, Mskhaldidi, and nearby settlements within Tbilisi Municipality from 11:00-18:30 on September 30.
