Iraq Tactical (UPDATE): Power supply gradually returning to normal across Iraq on August 12; remain cognizant of updates

During the overnight hours (local time) of August 11-12, the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity announced that power supply was gradually being restored across the country following a widespread outage. - Reports from August 12 indicated that power has been restored in Dhi Qar and Maysan governorates.
