• The Delhi Traffic Police (DTP) issued a traffic advisory for a sports event at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi from 17:30 (local time) to 23:59 on April 13. 
• As per the advisory, traffic diversion and/or restriction will remain in place for heavy vehicles and buses from Daryaganj to Bahadurshah Zafar Marg and from Guru Nanak Chowk to Asaf Ali Road.   
• On Jawaharlal Nehru (JLN) Marg, a section from Rajghat to Delhi Gate up to Kamla Market Roundabout will remain affected for commuters traveling on both sides.  
• On Asaf Ali Road, the road stretching from Turkman Gate to Delhi Gate will be affected. 
• Similarly, on Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, Delhi Gate to Ramcharan Aggarwal Chowk will remain affected for the commuters on both sides.  
• Free parking will be available from the Mata Sundari Road, Rajghat Powerhouse Road, and the Velodrome Road. Parking is banned on Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, JLN Marg, and Ring Road from Rajghat to Indra Prastha (IP) Flyover. 
• Further, DTP advised those traveling to and from the stadium to allow extra time for travel due to expected congestion.

Those operating or residing in Delhi on April 13 are advised to allot for disruptions in the vicinity of the aforementioned locations during the slated traffic advisory for the sporting event.
